CA. SOURABHAJMERA is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India & a commerce graduate from MDSU, Ajmer.

He is the elected regional council member of WIRC of ICAI. He is Managing Partner of Chartered Accountants Firm M/s. AJMERA & AJMERA. He also serves as an Independent Director in multinational company, including BMW Ventures Limited, Dow Jones Consulting India Private Limited and Wall Street Journal India Publishing Private Limited.

He assists in Internal Audit, Startups mentorship & funding, corporate consultancy and tax modelling-analysis of tax cost and credit impacting the business model, structuring / restructuring of transaction/business, analysis and development of GST modules to identify post GST business/transaction structures. His varied knowledge in the field of finance, banking and business administration is of immense benefit to the firm.

He is also responsible for the growth strategies and overall affairs of the firm. He worked for retail & manufacturing industries and carried out several special assignments for Cost Reduction, Business Process Re-engineering, Performance Improvement Projects and Due Diligences.
